“Advancing scientific research in Nigeria for the benefit of Humans, Animals and Plants health World-wide”
WELCOME

The inseparable union of Human, Animal and environmental health, requires a one health approach.
Diseases affecting humans do not occur in isolation. They occur in populations that interact with animals and the environment. Within a continually shrinking world (exemplified by the rate and spate of the spread of Ebola and more recently, COVID-19); an understanding of the epidemiology of emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases is imperative for global public health, disease prevention and control.
